Admission process

  • Download an application below or visit the school to pick up a form.
  • Fill the form legibly and in block letters and scan the downloaded form to our admissions email admissions@www.bolaolatprivatecollege.com.
  • Make payment for the application form, application fee of N5,000 (non-refundable).
  • An entrance exam or assessment test based on the vacancy of the class the child is applying to would be scheduled.
  • Exam results are issued and communicated within a maximum of one week from the date of the exam.
  • A provisional admission letter and acceptance form is sent.
  • Once you accept the offer, the tuition fee must be paid within two weeks to guarantee admission.
  • An acceptance pack would be available for pick up in the School Admissions Office.
  • Both parents must meet the principal before a student is finally admitted into the school.

Eligible candidates will be called for an interview, along with necessary documents.

Selected candidates need to submit all required documents along with the fee payment.

Meet with principal

Both parent must meet the principal before a student is finally admitted into the school.

School Fees

Details of fees and levies can be obtained from the accounts department of the school.
All fees are paid through Mobile or Bank transfer. The fees for each term should be paid on or before the first day of the term. Fees are subject to review from time to time. Notice of an increase in fees is usually given a considerable time beforehand.
School fees are paid annually or termly, but are due on or before the first day of school. These include Registration, Tuition, Deposit, Medicals, and ICT, as well as Development Levies. Fees are subject to upward review when necessary.

Full and prompt payments made annually are discounted.

Registration Fees

The registration fee is a one-time non-refundable payment and is due before a child is accepted for enrollment.

Additional Information

The School Head will inform parents of the current tuition when a child is enrolled. The school fee should be paid in advance and is due before the first day of School for each term. NO CASH PAYMENT PLEASE.

Payments should be made directly to the school’s account at the designated bank, bank pay-in-slips will be provided for this purpose. Copies of pay-in-slips with the child’s name should be deposited with the School’s Bursar for receipts to be issued.

PLEASE NOTE:

The school does not refund fees once payment has been made for any reason.

There is no reduction in tuition for absence from School as the cost of maintaining a child in School continues even when the child is absent.

Please note that those who have not paid the due fees by the second week of the term after resumption will not be allowed in School until such fees are paid.

You can make payment using your cresit cards or via your banks app on your mobile phones

Bank Teller

Payment can be made in the bank. Name of depositor should be the child's name and teller should be brought to school to verify payment
